Generally speaking complaints of this sort apply to the entire spectrum of the businesses here. So in fact you have no other alternative. The next one will behave exactly the same. They need to print their dictionaries afresh (the old ones to be thrown in sea) and include in larger fonts the words like professionalism, integrity and customer service and may be every day when they open their shops the employees be asked to stand together and repeat those words and the meaning thereof loudly for atleast 20 times...hopefully after 5-6 years of such uninterrupted practice we may see some 2-3 % change in their attitudeā¦.:)
