The Principal is ignorant for sending out a directive to all campuses affirming that students can wear hijab?

Or the Principal is ignorant for meeting with the child's father and agreeing to let her wear hijab?

Or the Principal is ignorant for going on the record as saying "Our host country is a Muslim country... would not disrespect the hijab."

I'm confused.
