I want some HSE /QHSE job in oil & gas field. as living point of view what are plus and minus point between Abu Dhabi (UAE) and Qatar. i.e. cost, standards, family , kids education, out places other then night clubs etc.

I will thankful if some one give really informative info which help me to decide
