pls assist I am also facing a same problem,

This service is only available for people accessing the site from Qatar.
but i am staying in DOHA-QATAR AND USING THIS WEB SITE FROM DOHA-QATAR..........AND MY ITS MY OWN COMPUTER IN HOME DIRECTLY CONNECT FROM QTEL,

But still same problem,
pls assist and sdvice how can I solve this issue,
