Better just to knock it down so that those directly and indirectly responsible can bury their heads in the sand and pretend nothing ever happened. Re-opening it as "new and improved" is just a nasty way of saying the old Villagio was a death trap and those who should have closed it down (as they have City Center) were too ignorant or lazy.
