Really depends on what you'll be using the device for. If price is not an issue, pls note that both devices are android machines - meaning it will have more or less similar features, capability, functions, etc. (save of course for each devices' core feature)
Now, if your mostly seeing yourself using it to make and/or receive calls or SMS - then take the Galaxy S2 - cause despite what everyone else is preaching, it's still a bother to make and receive calls from anything bigger than what you can hold comfortably with one hand, otherwise, you can grab the Galaxy Note which is equally awesome!
