'BLOOD MONEY, Is NOT an option for any murderer/killer"... but then that is made to be the only option for near and dear of the killed specially when talking of the likes of maids etc....how many cases do we hear of such inhumane treatement and how many actually got punished.
"And if they decide to forgive him/her with or without the blood money, it is none of your business to interfere in their decision"....sure its none of anybodys business because the entire business is about killing and then forcing them to get lost without even blood money or with it as a last resort....so basically go on killing at will and depending on your mood either leave some money on the corpse or none and move to the next victim and kill.
