As far as I am aware if your disease is non communicable, your company will not be able to stamp your visa on passport or get a labour card. Your company has to send you out ASAP. Please you give the report to  your HR and they will arrange your ticket for exit.

Having said that I know few people from my company has been declared unfit in Qatar but they are working in UAE. I think they are quite strict even if you had some diseases in the past and  completely fit now. If anything on the X-ray or blood result they will not look any further.
