I am also on a BV.. Double check the validity, because my BV is only valid for a month, then you have option to extend for another 2 months without exit. So a total of 3 months without having to physically exit. However, you do need an exit permit from the sponsor to exit, therefore, its not going to work to come here if you dont get exit permit or NOC from the first company.
