shanawazk, whats the specs of your pc? there are alot of factors causing your system to become unstable . your temps are too high running prime 95, you shouldnt be hitting above 65 degrees with h70.
1. check if your cooler is installed properly check if it is thight enough for the thermal pad to have a good contact with the cpu.
2. if your overclocking your system using the asus overclocking software, stop it.
3. your OC method are all wrong,use google, there are alot of forum offering help/tutorial how to OC a system.
dont use prime 95 its outdated, better use linx or intel burn test to stress your system to the fullest.
as for your video card, 64-68 degrees is okay considering your using its stack cooler. 5970 can run realy hot, its a dual GPU what do you expect?
my system never go beyond 46°C 43°C 45°C 42°C @4ghz its always like this while im gaming thou its almost the same as my idle temps. im only using thermaltake Frio cooler for it.
