is just incidental.  What is important is the state to monitor all the people that live here whetehr local or expats.  MAny here stayed for more than 10 years and yet only when they are sick do they find time to have check-ups. There are other deadly diseases out there and as per advice by our family doctors, a regular check-up, even an annual check-up whether we are sick or not is better to check any possibility of a disease hitting us.
