First of all, get a confirmation that the school fees are provided by the employer (i know u dont need it now, but it will help you for future).

Second - do a search on this site to get an idea of the living expense in Qatar.

Third - Subtract your estimated expenses from your Income.  That will give you your expected savings.

Fourth - Compare this "expected savings" with what you are saving right now.

Then you can get an idea yourself whether you need to accept this offer or not!
