arrived late, they blame or even cursed the driver.  When the driver drive slow, they will tell him to go faster because they are already late. It's a case to case basis.  Why blame the driver all the time for this service vehicles. True, there are reckless driver, it should be reported with or without accident.

But in reality, they will leave Doha late and trust the driver to get them there on time (whatever it takes).

Check the reality! Make this a painful lesson and work how to remedy and improve the situation.  Not to blame anyone!
