Last week, I received a painting that was posted in the States in January 2010, intact but 16 months later than when expected. No one could help with my query because I did not have a tracking number. I suggest the sender uses the option that allows for tracking. That way if it is delayed on the way the Post Office in Doha can help to locate your parcel. Better still, use a courier service if you can.
