I'd like to know how the author is so sure that the money transferred out of this country was all transferred by 'migrants' (lovely choice of word) and whether or not it included the millions and millions stashed in Swiss Bank Accounts and London Hedge Funds by rich Sheikhs.
Similarly, does the author take the same dim view when government investment vehicles can drop 8.5 billion riyals buying Harrods, and who knows how much else on other investments, rather than spending it on improving local infrastructure?
