A friend of mine took his rental to the industrial area to get it fixed, and he got a call the next morning from the rental car company saying "WE KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST NIGHT" lol. Apparently THEY have to take care of it, AND charge you that 3000 QR penalty or whatever it is they think is worth charging. Sucks though because I know a guy who can fix it for dirt cheap.
