This behavior also varies with the culture and education level and to aggravate the situation, as you should know, GCC countries are huge gender unbalanced societies (many single males are here on their own and have no access to girls and a normal sexual life).
In this case, not much you can do about it unless you lock them in some township in the Industrial Area or you lock yourself at home or perhaps leave the region.
Both sides are sacrificing their lives, and you are just experiencing your share!
Don’t worry too much about it, you are safe and you'll get used to it, human beings are resilient and adapt to harshest conditions!
