As an appetizer the Qatari government “offered” with no public tender the Barwa Financial District to a major French contractor, just after a some "private talks" between the French president and his lovely wife and the Qatari officials.
Corruption at high levels, how on earth people can be motivated to work hard towards success when "short cuts" like this is ruling the world!
