Even if you'll be based in the northern most tip of Qatar people will come to you for your food. You're targeting a specific market here. Eating is a filipino hobby. How your food tastes will spell the difference. Frankly, I don't patronize filipino restaurants much due to this fact: bad food, bad service, unhygienic, but expensive prices.
