britexpat brother, for the word "talaq" , intentions dont count. u have to be very carefull in this mater,,

but i think they should not have given fatwa straight away,, they should have asked for records,, may be he is trying to get rid of his wife,,, coz the talaq/divorce only implements when its said as (i will divorce you/i divorce you) .... its not as they are hving discussion, and talaq is implemented...
