If he doesn't think your worth convincing his parents for, then he doesn't love you. Plain and simple. He doesn't really want you that bad, your clearly expendable. If your ok with that then cater to his life, but if you think that you deserve someone who loves you as much as you love them then tell him, if he doesn't agree, then leave him.

If he lives by what his parents are telling him then your essentially married to his parents. I dont know how any woman would find such a cowardly man attractive, but I guess your standards and your self assurance must be that dreadfully low.
