Ive seen girls with the guts to wear normal skirts (not to short) and expose their shoulders (god forbid!!!) and I havent seen anybody throwing rocks at them. Anyway, since there are so few women you'll be on exhibit no matter what your wearing.
This place is pretty freaking boring, it's like only being able to eat 1 thing every meal, your gonna get tired of it no matter how much you liked it to begin with. If your only purpose to coming out here is to experience new cultures and meet new friends, then cancel your ticket and go somewhere else. In my experience, cultures stay pretty cliquey and dont like to co-mingle a whole lot, not to mention everything about this place is super racist and no matter how much oil and gas money there is, you apparently cant buy class.
