Sanctions against Libya couldn't be justified especially over assumptions. It seems to me the UN,ICJ,Security council are there to serve the desires of the fittest.

Maybe one day, the US will apologise to Libya,Sudan,Japan,North Korea,Vitenam,Iran,Iraq...etc , maybe who knows...
