It's nice to think that ictQATAR is "committed to keeping children safe online". Sometimes I wonder if parents are, when they leave their children for hours on end to surf the net with no supervision.

It seems like such a waste of ictQATAR's resources to have to tell parents such obvious information. I can't believe parents need to be told this stuff, but sadly they do.
