While people are pointing out against democracy in this country and democracy in another, people are neglecting to point out that freedom of speech has loopholes in both the US and Europe.

In Europe, a person cannot openly deny the exisitance of the Holocaust, something which I applaude since it is obviously exisitant, and a lot of innocent people died in that time. Other tragic consequences of loopholes include banning the construction of new Minerates were in Switzerland because they "ruin democracic points of views", and in some cases, headscarves are also banned in Education institutions. All of these things are loopholes in freedom of speech and expression.

In the US, if a person says offensive remarks against certain people, lets say Jews, they could be forced to resign or be shunned from his job (ie Mel Gibson).

So, how on earth do these democratic nations get away with it? Its basically what the people in Europe and the US want.

Those are just things I can come up on the top of my head, Im sure there are others.
