ok so before you applied as a planner eng'r that means you have at least an idea from that American Construction Co. im sure you have a bit of information when it comes to compensation. however you want to know salary range in Qatar well its gonna be based on work experience or something so since you do not have work experience in your field of expertice then your salary is lower compare to the other that has work experience.
