The reason that they are more concerned about seasonal flue this year is because H1N1 and seasonal flue both have similar symptoms. If people get vaccinated for seasonal flue, the medical facilities will get actual H1N1 cases to deal with rather than everyone having seasonal flue going to Health centers and it will be a chaos. So in short, they want to avoid traffic in health centers because they know this time even when a person will sneeze, he will run to health center thinking that it could be H1N1 !!
