How do you define a 'nice Qatari'?

Obvioulsy to you and your likes, a nice Qatari is someone who would read your so-called 'jokes' with a big, stupid smile. A 'nice Qatari' is someone who would turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to rude remarks about God, the Quran, prophet(s) and everything that is Qatari, so some arrogant, ignorant individuals can feel welcomed.

There are some westerners that I really hate to be included in my criticism. Unfortuantely they're a minoriy!
