hhhmmm, Gyps... I think this type of services won't be provided, at least not at this point. First they will serve the canadian citizens only, i.e. Police Clearance, issuing and renewing of the documents, birth registrations, and other general services provided by the Embassy of any country to its citizens..
For the visit visas you will still have to send your BF's docs to the Embassy in Abu Dhabi.. at least as per my knowledge.. but let us hope they will open the Visas office as well! It will be so much easier for me also..
