just kiddin ... if he doesn't listen after u talk to him ... he definitely wud listen to COPS when they contact him...just call the COPS and tell them the neighbors address ! i did that once when some F****n guy parked his car right in front of my house gate .... was really difficult to find out who it was ... was really pissed !! we contacted the cops ...even after the cops contacted him ...he dint turn up...after that we called the cops and they came with a towing car and pulled it out from there ... they eve can be fined for disturbing the neighbors !
