People blame Qatar, because they encounter these problems here in Qatar and the only ones who have the power to improve things - The Qatari Government - are not doing anything to improve the situation on the following two (of many others) trigger factors:
1 - Unbalanced number of males versus females;
2 - Complete segregation of genders.
If people encounter these problems else where, they will certainly complain there too. Don't take the exposure of areas for improvement, as personal. They are national problems that should be exposed and governments should act upon, here and everywhere they take place!
