I am sorry. There were NEVER business card, they never gave us your mobile number. NEVER. Not even when we have to go down the stairs 30 floors after the fire alarm went on 3 times for a long time and nobody cared to tell what was going on or if there was really something wrong. Residents were really mad and almost screaming downstairs, and NO ONE cared to come out and talk to us in the middle of the night. We had to figure out by ourselves taht it was safe to go back up.
