As fubar said it is demand supply situation; I disagree.
The standard of living conditions of doha residents is increased (high cost of living), so one could afford such Rotis from asian hotels rather from unhygienic and unhealthy conditions at Tandoori roti shops.
Obviously, this shop owners could NOT afford to pay high rents and glamorous NEON sign boards, etc to beautify the town.
