but does CID keep records for it? my friend is a High School Graduate and he is here for 2 yrs working for a company when he finished is contract and applied for new job his new company is asking him to have his HS Diploma to be RED Ribbon but the problem is that the school in no longer existing, if he will present only his Grades School Diploma will he be facing a case? since from his record in CID he is HS Graduate?
