Since it's our first meeting, I'd like to suggest that one of us to be the contact point for the group in case of any last minute changes (I'd hate to drive to Sealine to find no one!).

I could do that if the group is fine with it. I grew up in Qatar ;) so I know my way around here. I could also provide the GPS location of the place the group decide on so those using Google Earth could get an idea of the place's whereabouts.
