Hmm.. yeah, international driving rules - headlights and fog lights but in Qatar, I was told to use the hazard lights.
The cars do not "drive at their own will and change lane at their own will. You just cannot see the left or right turn signals. I normally, turn off the hazard lights and then signal and change lane and then turn on the hazard lights again. I normally stick to one lane unless edged out. This morning was really thick fog. Last week was also but this morning was worse.
