Perhaps it is all you secure men... but I find it is very hard to get any recognition here in Qatar as a woman. I have to work 10 times harder, be 10 times better than my male counterparts but still get less. Many men here find strong confident women intimidating so for them to deal with their inadequacy they push us aside, or make our working lives miserable in hopes we show our emotions so a finger can be pointed...
