so whats ur suggestion, allow anyone and everyone all the time to the malls so that people who actually come for shopping don't even have breathing space because of people who have no business in the malls but simply pass time since that they cannot afford the things available at the malls? whats ur suggestion, just criticizing things blindly just because u do not feel its right, is it justified? The authorities would have taken a decision only after lot of thinking and discussions.
And its not one mall who adopted this policy but its well across, so where does it show discrimination, its a simple way of controlling things.
