if this is really true, then i am seriously in deep trouble of liver damage...wait a minute, how many hours, days, months or years will I count(before I die) after doing these things?? I'll start counting now :-(

I always sleep late..wake up late(10:30am & beyond) , eat late(no breakfast)...With this info, i guess i won't live long because of liver damage?!? The thing is I'm used to it since several years back...Why I am still here?? Am I a living dead...lolz
