To be honest its the northerner who should be upset if anyone. The whole sketch is made to take the mickey out of the northerner, as can be confirmed by the second clip which is a northener and a southernerjust. The Filipina is just a girl, it could have been any other nationality.
Like I said, English is is 'different', and I would think 99.999999999999999999999% of Britain would think that was funny and no way racist, sexist, nationaliyist or anything else.
