A number of us moved into apartments at the Ezdan in July. Overall our experience has been very mixed. Initially we all moved into Tower 4. - As everyone else has mentioned, the finishing is terrible, looks like the whole thing was put together overnight (which it likely was).

Nothing in the apartments worked. The dishwasher electrocuted my friend, the bathrooms often experienced flooding (the shower stalls are tiny btw, and very annoying). The bathrooms in general compared to the rest of the apartment is unnecessarily cramped. Service was terrible, they rarely responded to calls and when they did it was certainly not prompt - for repairs or anything else. With the laundry service, hand it in and hope for the best! You'll probably get it back, it might be after several days of calling them.

We had no internet for months. The TVs usually did not work, if they did the signal is awful.

After that experience we moved from Tower 4 to Tower 3 (34th floor!) this is quite a bit nicer, fewer problems with the apartment. Although one of the 'sprayers' in the the living room bathroom exploded spontaneously at night and flooded the whole place. (this is minor compared to Tower 3 issues :P)

I'm in a two bedroom now, and it's very strange - one room is several times larger than the other.

However, the gym and pool really are fantastic. And once you get over the initial hump of having everything repaired, it becomes quite decent.
