I could also read in this blog that QR does not answer to the complains of their passangers. this maybe the reason why in their web site there is no space for it and when I ask the email to send a complain they give me the wrong one. Fortunately I wa sable to find the correct email address but most probably will never get answer.
Till when are they going to mislead people with their "yours 5 Stars Airline" Slogan?
