since the company didn't brought him here, surely the EMPLOYEE did does the tourist thing at first right? only then the COMPANY assumed him upon employing for the position. But the COMPANY terminates him before contract is over.

How heal the COMPANY is that? now your friend suffers. so am wondering how heal his boss is...

again as i will repeat... businesses here hates losses... and they'd expend for the assuming your friend's visa. try one thing if you're friend can reimbursed amount they expended for such... hopefully his boss will lie low to grant such NOC...

we know that in certain cases, our job is like playing a poker where you dont know which card u will have with... its a matter of decision to deal the card and replace for newer ones... hopefully this will work into a royal full house...if not flush...
