there u sat before and agreed for employment contract.
surely any of these are existent in your signed contract.

1>employer will shoulder airplane fare coming in and out of QATAR.
2> employment contract is two years and is renewable upon expiry.

if any from both of you fails, the erring party will have to suffer. and since you mentioned that the company terminates for NO REASON... then it is certainly a LOSS for the EMPLOYEE. so only to rectify the problem. ENTITLEMENTS will answer.

However if in cases ENTITLEMENTS wont be satisfied and the EMPLOYEE ask for another favour. then ENTITLEMENTS ceased. it is the FAVOUR that replaces entitlement for the employee.

bUT AGAIN, if FAVOUR wont be granted... hmmmnn...
