It's not that bad, but not that good either... have a lot of problems with neighbors baby crying... my bedroom wall is chipsen board, and can hear everything that is going on in their place, and that baby (18months) is so annoying and the father doesn't help much either with his loud voice. But a two bedroom place will be great as your neighbors wouldn't be so close to you and you wouldn't hear them!

The pool and gym are nice though, but friday is a disaster, full of lebanese and no where to sit most times unless you get there early. Also, people there are not very friendly, they tend to keep to themselves and if you try to be nice you get snubbed.
