or maybe the check issued to you is so much big and bounded against the AMLAC regulatory amount?

u dont need to furnish such SPA if anyone can deposit that check to ur bank account right away... but if you dont have bank account, how the hell did u allow them to pay you by check... brod norm.. pacencya na ha... di ko magetz ang gusto mo sabihin... just PM me maybe i could be of help for you...
