DV2000 family if your purpose is mobility and DV6000 family if you're likely not much in travel... HP Pavillion DVseries ranges from a price starting QAR3400 - QAR6000+ but u may choose between the two DV family series... they are perfect in sound quality.
However, if your preference is DELL or Toshiba... and base on your budget.... better get the Toshiba, choose either from U-400 or A-300.. they are superb laptop.
but if you're wanting to squeeze your budget, turn your savings to take other sound gadgets... go for DELL... i recommend Inspiron 1525 for you... take it from GIANT STORE HYATT branch... they have a very fresh shipment now in displays and they are the cheapest you could get around in town... you can choose to any colour suit your preference as well...
