VOIP's technology oppose for QTEL stability... so therefore, VoIP must die... is there any entity who would stand for the voip against the call of QTEL resolute barring for this technology? this technology lies behind QTEL lines, and so therefore.. QTEL has still the full options wether to offer the service to public users...
