yes, I understand that to retrieve my money it will take 2-3 weeks.. what I don't get is their poor customer service as well as their inaccuracy with their products.

Why can't they just give me a contact person to deal with this matter instead of having to call them and explain my issue over and over again.. I'm tired of sounding like a broken record!

Also, with this Click card.. if none of their employees don't have an idea how it works, why issue it this early?? They have to know each and everything that goes on in their bank with regards to their services.
