Botswana... required new roads and housing. Contract awarded to CHINESE GOVERNMENT not pvt company. Thousands of labourers imported from China (no locals hired so no help to local people at all). There "labourers" are infact Chinese convicts who are there to work off part of sentence. No pay, live in squalour type camps. Guess where all the money goes.....to Chinese Government.
